Cornyn To Host Weekly Constituent Coffees In Washington Office

WASHINGTON – U.S. Sen. John Cornyn announced that he will host weekly coffee meetings for constituents beginning on Tuesday, September 23. The gatherings are an opportunity for Texans to meet Sen. Cornyn and share their thoughts and concerns with him. It will also be possible to have a photograph taken with the senator."Washington is a long way from Texas and it’s absolutely critical that I be able to visit with constituents as often as possible, not only back home, but here in our Washington office as well,” Cornyn said. “I hope as many Texans as possible will take advantage of this opportunity to let me hear from them so that I can better represent them here in Washington.” the coffee meetings are open to all Texans and will be scheduled for each Tuesday morning while the Senate is in session. The meetings will be held at 9:00 AM ET in 625 Hart Senate Building, Washington, DC 20510.
