“I know that White House counsel and others are already trying to put their heads together with the Bush Library down in Dallas, as well as the National Archives, to be responsive to the document requests that have been made for the judge. But as the author of more than 300 published opinions, Judge Kavanaugh is a well-known judicial nominee.”
