WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) met with the Midland and Odessa Chambers of Commerce, local leaders, and elected officials, including Texas Representative Brooks Landgraf (HD-81). They discussed unleashing American energy, supporting small businesses, and the provisions secured by Sen. Cornyn and President Trump in the Working Families Tax Cuts Act that are benefitting West Texas families, including the $13.5 billion secured by Sen. Cornyn to reimburse states like Texas for securing the border during the Biden administration’s reckless open-border policies and failure to enforce the laws on the books. See photo below.
