WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) spoke yesterday with Brownsville Mayor John Cowen, Jr., local leaders, including those from Cameron County and the Port of Brownsville, and members of the Brownsville Chamber of Commerce to discuss the tremendous growth happening throughout the Rio Grande Valley.
